Purpose and Audience

Our interviews aim to gather professional insights on industry topics, challenges, and developments within the iGaming ecosystem. We appreciate it when interviewees share the published article within their professional networks, such as LinkedIn, to help broaden industry discussion.

Practical Interview Details

  • Interview Topic: The main subject and angle are clearly outlined in the interview request.
  • Length: Interviews typically last between 30 minutes and one hour.
  • Format and Platform: Interviews are usually conducted via online video calls using Google Meet, with a meeting link provided in the calendar invitation. The video is not recorded, but the note-taking function is used to support accurate reporting.
  • Language: All interviews are conducted in English.
  • Preparation: You will receive the interview questions three to four days in advance.
  • Profile photo: A high-resolution profile photo will also be requested for publication.
  • Box-out bio: Each article begins with a short box-out biography of the interviewee, summarising their current role and relevant experience, which we will confirm with you during the review.

Timeline: From the interview to publication, the process generally takes 1 to 3 weeks. Once you receive the draft article, please provide your feedback within 3 to 4 days.

Fact-Checking and Feedback

Key details such as roles, dates, figures, and regulatory references are verified where applicable. The draft article is shared for your review to ensure factual accuracy and clarity.

To keep the process efficient, we normally offer one review round. After that, we proceed to publication. Of course, we will listen to any additional requests beyond this where reasonable.

All change requests must be specific and detailed.

Confidentiality and Use of Material

Anything explicitly agreed as off the record will not be included in the article. On-the-record comments may be used in line with our editorial principles and non-advertorial approach.

Editorial Independence and Final Decisions

Our team may edit interview content for length, clarity, and style, while preserving the original meaning. The final decision on the article’s structure, framing, and headline rests with the editorial team to maintain independence and coherence with our overall editorial stance. Direct quotes can be adjusted or removed only for strong factual or legal reasons.
