About us

About iGaming Review

iGaming Review is an independent publication covering the global online gambling industry with a focus on integrity, analysis, and accountability. Our mission is to deliver fact-based journalism, expert insight, and in-depth coverage for professionals across the iGaming sector.

Don’t take our word for it

Evidence, context and corrections

Evidence before claims. Our original interviews and analysis involve research, sourcing and fact-checking under our editorial direction. Our aim is to distinguish established facts from interpretation and uncertainty, and give readers the context to assess what they read.

Know how a story is produced. Our News feed uses a separate automated workflow and links to its source material. Reports may be published without individual review by a journalist. See how our news feed works →

Accountability when something is wrong. We assess reported errors against the available evidence and add a dated note when correcting a significant factual error. Read our corrections policy or report an error →

Our journalism

Editorial independence

Editorial control

iGaming Review does not accept PR copy, guest posts, externally written promotional articles, paid links or SEO-driven link insertions. Organisations cannot buy favourable coverage or control our editorial conclusions.

Our original interviews and analysis are produced under our editorial direction. We control topic selection, questions, research, sourcing, fact-checking, writing, editing and publication decisions. Our News feed uses a separate automated workflow, described below.

We do not publish supplied promotional copy. Interview production may be funded by a participating organisation under the policy below, but payment does not buy influence over wording, framing, conclusions or editorial decisions.

Interview funding and disclosure

We conduct editorially initiated interviews without charging the interviewee. We also offer paid interview production when the proposed subject meets our editorial criteria. An interview appearing on this site does not, by itself, mean that it was paid for.

Such interviews are considered only following an editorial discussion about the proposed subject and overall direction. External parties are welcome to suggest a topic or area of focus. If the subject is deemed relevant to our readership and consistent with our editorial standards, it may form the basis of an interview.

The interview itself, however, is always conducted and produced by iGaming Review under full editorial control. That includes the structure of the piece, the questions asked, the framing of the discussion, fact-checking, editing, and the final decision on whether and how the interview is published.

Payment in these cases compensates iGaming Review for editorial work and production time. It does not guarantee publication, favourable coverage, message control, backlinks, or promotional treatment.

Tips and source material

We do not accept third-party written articles for publication, regardless of whether they are presented as guest posts, contributed content, branded content, or PR.

We do, however, welcome credible tips, source material, documents, and expert input that may inform our reporting. Any journalism published on iGaming Review must remain fully independent.

Share a tip or story idea

This independence is central to what makes iGaming Review worth reading — and, for the same reason, worth being featured in. The value lies in factual accuracy, editorial integrity, and a clear separation between journalism and commercial interests.

How our news feed works

Automated news and AI

Our News feed brings together developments relevant to professionals across the global gambling industry. It complements our original interviews and analysis with summaries of reporting from multiple publications and other sources.

Discovery and selection

An automated, AI-assisted workflow discovers coverage through news services and external sources, screens it for industry relevance and looks for supporting or conflicting information.

Verification and context

Factual information is verified against source material through automated checks. The workflow assesses source credibility and consistency, seeks to identify duplicate stories and promotional material, and is configured to prioritise official documents for legal and regulatory developments.

Summaries and source links

The workflow produces structured summaries with source references. Sources are identified and linked so readers can consult the underlying reporting, check the context and read further.

Corrections and updates

To report a possible error, email [email protected]. Please include the article URL, the passage you believe is inaccurate and any supporting evidence or source links.

Our policy is to assess reported errors against the available evidence. When a significant factual error is confirmed, we correct the article and add a dated note explaining the material change. An update that adds new information should be distinguished from a correction of an earlier error.

Minor spelling, grammar or formatting changes may be made without a separate correction note. This policy applies to original journalism and the automated News feed alike. Editorial decisions remain with iGaming Review.

Disclosure and corrections policy introduced 8 October 2026. News methodology and legal sources updated 20 October 2026.
